The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, in partnership with the HeatSmart Alliance and MassEnergize, is offering a free heat pump coaching course to train local residents.

 Participants in this course become knowledgeable coaches who can support others in their communities with understanding and adopting clean, energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.

These trained coaches then provide free, personalized guidance to residents—helping them learn how heat pumps work, compare installation quotes, and access available incentives.
